1. Q: Do you do international deliveries?
         
We do shipping to those countries and regions including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russian Federation, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States, if you are outside one of these locations, just email Contact us  .

2. Q: What are the accepted forms of payment?
  
We accept payment by valid Credit Cards only-Visa, MasterCard. Payment by cash, cheque, money orders, government subsidized program card, gift card, personal check or store charge account and American Express also paypal is unavailable.

3. Q: Is my payment to your site secure?

Sorry, we do not offer phone services now, but you could feel free to contact us via E-mail or MSN if you have any problems. And we would give you a promptly reply once we receive your consultation.

5. Q: I don’t have Visa or Mastercard Card, what can I do?

You could pay with Western union, and accept 10% discount for your western union payment. You could just contact us via email or MSN for our Western union information.

6. Q: How can I track my order?
   
We will send you an e-mail to inform you the tracking number of the express company and tell you how to track your order. You can track shipment on carrier's website, if you cannot see records on the site right away, please try to see records later, because sometimes the carrier input the shipping information slowly, however, we guarantee that the shipment been on the way when you got tracking number from us.

7. Q: How do I change my order after it has been placed?
    
Please Contact us  to change your order where possible we will accommodate. If your order has been already customized, as per our returns policy we will not be able to adjust it.

8. Q: Can I cancel my order?
    
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because we process all orders as quickly as possible within one day after receive your order payment, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy
